You may view this website and share links to its publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No photograph or visual work may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, published, distributed, displayed, altered or otherwise used without prior written permission from Alp Turgut.

Prohibited Use

Without an appropriate written licence, you may not:

  • Repost or publish images on websites, social media or digital platforms
  • Use images in editorial, advertising, promotional or commercial materials
  • Reproduce images in print, publications, products or merchandise
  • Crop, edit, retouch, add filters to or otherwise alter any image
  • Remove or obscure watermarks, copyright notices or metadata
  • Sell, sublicense or distribute any image to a third party

  • Use images for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets, generative AI systems or facial-recognition technologies

Credit or attribution does not replace the need to obtain permission. Non-commercial use also requires prior written approval unless permitted by applicable law.

Image Licensing

Selected photographs may be licensed for editorial, publishing, exhibition, commercial and creative use.

Licences are granted individually and may be limited by purpose, territory, duration, format, circulation and exclusivity. Copyright remains with Alp Turgut unless a separate written copyright assignment has been agreed.

To request a licence, please provide:

  • The image title or a link to the image
  • The intended use
  • Publication, organisation or client name
  • Media and placement
  • Territory
  • Duration
  • Estimated audience, circulation or print run
  • Requested publication date

Please send licensing enquiries through the contact form or email [your email address].

Fine Art Prints

Purchasing a fine art print gives the buyer ownership of that physical print only. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, scan, publish, distribute or commercially use the image.

Third-Party Use

A licence is valid only for the person or organisation named in the written agreement. Images may not be transferred, sublicensed or supplied to another party without prior written permission.

Unauthorised Use

Unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement. Where infringement is identified, Alp Turgut reserves the right to request immediate removal, charge an appropriate retrospective licensing fee and pursue available legal remedies.

Legal Exceptions

Nothing on this page is intended to restrict any use expressly permitted under applicable copyright law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or its content will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
